Frequently Asked Questions

Questions? We have answers.

Do you need a customer service portal for your customers?

Many sites need the ability to instantaneously answer frequently asked questions about products. Other sites need manuals, white papers and technical information often requested by customers. The site should attract new business and serve current clients. People want answers and they want them now.

My site was built in 2002…is my site out of date?

Chances are if you are promoting your business on the web in 2008, a website from 2002 is probably out of date with regards to design, usability and search engine optimization. To put it in automobile terms a site from 2002 is a 1979 Pinto and a site built by Outdoor Click in 2008 is a Cadillac Coupe Deville.

How do I know if need a new site or a redesign?

Look at your current site and ask yourself these questions.

1.  Do I have a site that effectively represents my company in 2006?

2.  Does my site basically have the same design, information, imagery, organization and message as it did 2, 3 even 4 years ago? If it does then you need a new site or your site needs a face-lift.

3.  Am I gaining momentum with regards to sales and new business opportunities with my site? Once again, without you realizing it, your site might be stating you are not really concerned with customers finding you on the Internet. But this can be a costly mistake – with over 250 million people surfing the web everyday, many of them looking for new business. If your site is not built not to attract and maintain these business opportunities, you could be missing out.

4.  Is my site ugly? Is it difficult for visitors to my site to find the information they want? Is the site speaking to your current audience? If you answered “yes” to these then you have to investigate a new site by Outdoor Click.

5.  Is your site written well? Does it speak to your audience? It is imperative your site is professionally written and delivers your brand. If you would rather focus on new business opportunities than copy writing and editing, we have a staff that can craft your written materials.

How much does it cost for a custom-built Outdoor Click website?

If you’re a web developer looking for a new design that you can code into the complete site our prices start at around $1500.00.

If your site needs a “face-lift”, meaning the content is ok but the organization and design need improvement, our starting price is in the $3000-$4000 range.

If your site is circa 2001/2002 and needs a complete rebuild including imagery, copy and content, this will cost about $6000-8000.

If you need a site because you just decided that you need to represent your business to the 250,000,000 everyday users on the web, your cost will range from $2000 for a simple but well designed 4-page information type site to $15,0000 or more for a full-fledged online brochure/e-commerce, dynamic content management website.
