Project Summary:

Judd and Michelle Fischer, purveyors of beautiful hand-crafted home cabinetry, had spent the entire “Internet Fad” on the sidelines. Until one day it hit them square: They could gain more clients by having a website. Judd and Michelle decided to interview partners for their initial jaunt into the Internet. They contacted Outdoor Click and we answered their questions and posed many in return so we could gain a thorough understanding of their objectives for the site – we learned quickly they were seeking a web site that would accurately represent their company for years to come. Our proposal included a new logo design for the Fischer’s as well as a “cool photo gallery” and a custom map to their location. About 3 weeks later our proposal was accepted and we went to work for Judd and Michelle. Our first order of business was to create a few mock ups of the logo. Though the Fischer’s reside in Park Rapids, Minnesota and Outdoor Click is based in Minneapolis, the project went off without a hitch. Judd scratched out a few ideas for the logo on a sheet of paper and faxed it to us. We took those ideas and ran. Within two weeks we had created a logo that the Fischer’s could be proud of. Now it was onto the site. Since Judd enjoys photography, he took all the photos for the site. Using these elements, we presented a look and feel for the site in early May. Because we had taken the time upfront to understand the Fischers’ goals, communicated regularly on ideas and used their elements, the Fischer’s accepted the look almost immediately. With very minimal updating in the following weeks, the new site was launched in summer of 2006.

What Fischer’s Custom Cabinetry is saying:
Thank you! Outdoorclick did a wonderful job.

Best,
Judd and Michelle
